Fees & liquidity
On-chain stock exposure, token buybacks and future liquidity.
Hold exposure. Gain exposure. The planned treasury model connects token activity to pro-rata stock distributions, buybacks and liquidity reserves.
One treasury. Separate allocations.
Exposure is designed around pump.fun launches. The proposed fee model targets a 1% treasury-directed fee, with all project-controlled fee receipts collected in a treasury wallet. Fees are accounted for by the token that generated them.
The main exposure token and each market token follow a 40 / 40 / 20 allocation. Exposure fees support exposure holders and the exposure token; market fees support that market’s holders and its own token.
The 40 / 40 / 20 split
| Allocation | Main exposure token fees | Each market token’s fees |
|---|---|---|
| 40% · Holder distributions | Acquire the Exposure stock basket for pro-rata distribution to eligible exposure holders. | Acquire that market’s stock basket for pro-rata distribution to eligible holders of that market token. |
| 40% · Buybacks | Buy back and burn exposure. | Buy back the same market token that generated the fees. Burning market buybacks has not been specified. |
| 20% · Liquidity reserve | Retain in treasury for future coin liquidity. | Retain in treasury for future liquidity purposes. |
These percentages apply to the fees received by the project treasury, not to token supply or trading volume. For every 100 units of allocated treasury receipts, 40 fund holder distributions, 40 fund buybacks and 20 remain in reserve.
Exposure to on-chain stocks
Holder distributions are intended to deliver on-chain stock exposure alongside participation in the token ecosystem. The proposed baskets are:
| Token held | Proposed stock exposure | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|
| exposure | SpaceX, Tesla (TSLA), Neuralink, DJT, NVIDIA (NVDA), SPX | Eligible exposure holders |
| ELON | SpaceX, Tesla (TSLA), Neuralink | Eligible ELON holders |
| TRUMP | DJT, SPX | Eligible TRUMP holders |
| AI | NVIDIA (NVDA), OpenAI pre-stock exposure (OAI) | Eligible AI holders |
ELON, TRUMP and AI are market tokens. Holding a narrative coin such as FLOKI does not, by itself, qualify a wallet for the ELON-holder basket.
The table names intended exposures, not verified token contracts. Issuers, available instruments and basket weights remain to be selected. SpaceX, Neuralink and OpenAI pre-stock exposure are proposed and depend on suitable instruments being available. SPX denotes intended S&P 500 index exposure; the exact product remains to be specified.
The rights attached to an on-chain instrument depend on its issuer and terms. Receipt of a token should not be described as direct ownership of company shares unless that instrument actually provides it.
How pro-rata distributions work
Snapshots are taken hourly, with distributions made each hour. For each round, a wallet must hold more than 0.3% of the relevant token’s total supply at the snapshot to be eligible. A balance of exactly 0.3% does not qualify.
Eligibility is assessed separately for each token: exposure holdings qualify for the Exposure basket, while ELON, TRUMP and AI holdings qualify for their respective market baskets.
Your share of a distribution is intended to reflect your share of eligible holdings in the relevant token at the distribution snapshot.
Your allocation = your eligible token balance ÷ total eligible token balances × the distribution pool.
For example, a wallet holding 1% of eligible ELON balances would receive 1% of the ELON holder distribution pool for that round. This is a share of the funded pool, not a fixed return on the wallet’s holdings.
The exact hourly snapshot time, excluded-wallet rules, delivery costs and basket weights remain to be finalized.
Narrative launch purchase
On creation of each narrative coin paired with a market token, the dev wallet is intended to purchase 10% of the narrative token’s total supply.
The purchase is intended to secure a 10% supply reserve in the dev wallet. The reserve is held for potential future burns or contributions to liquidity pools, if needed. None of this allocation will be sold out of the dev wallet.
This is a launch purchase, separate from the treasury’s 40 / 40 / 20 fee allocation. Purchase funding, custody and wallet addresses will be published before this mechanism operates.
The destination and allocation of fees generated directly by narrative coins have not yet been specified. The market-token split above must not be assumed to apply to narrative-token fees.
Before these mechanics go live
This chapter records the planned treasury policy. Fee collection, stock acquisition, distributions, buybacks, burns and liquidity operations are not yet connected to the website.
The implementation still needs verified token and treasury addresses, a supported fee configuration, stock instrument contracts, distribution rules and execution reporting. Treasury reserves describe retained funds; they do not imply that liquidity has already been deployed or locked.
